i found a budget-friendly hotel, a great deal for the price. the central location made getting around easy. the host was super friendly and cute upon my arrival (a very pleasant experience!). the room was clean and had everything i needed for a comfortable visit.
the wifi signal in the room was a little weak sometimes.

the welcome was genuinely warm, and the host was attentive and available. it is reassuring to know someone cares about your stay, and the host demonstrated this commitment to guest satisfaction. i really felt valued as a guest.

the hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of everything. accessibility to attractions, restaurants, and shops is really good. i didn't need to rely on public transportation to explore because everything was within a short walk.

although i didn't dine extensively at the hotel, the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). there were plenty of nearby dining options. i easily found great restaurants to suit every taste.

the room was clean and well-kept, meeting all my needs. the bed was comfy, and the bathroom facilities were functional. having tea and coffee available in the room was a bonus.

The owner Thomas was amazing. HE went out of his way to change towels and bedding after my daughter was sick. He even arranged her teddies on her bed. The amount of towels was perfect. THE beds were very comfy.
The decor in the room was not good. A curtain covered a window. IT really needed attention.

The family room was airy and very clean. I loved the decor. The room EVEN had a fan and a nice small lamp next to the beds. The shower was the best. I've ever had, the same as the bed.

Thomas gave us a warm welcome, and we knew where to find him. If we needed anything, there WAS a great folder with lots of information in the room, so that was a great help. I am GRATEFUL for the service

The toilet in the bedroom was not working. the room was a little cold. there was only a small radiator. It did not get very warm! free wi-fi was not good in room one. it was slow

The location was great. It was central! and made getting around easy. The room was a good size. Soap and shower products were supplied. I appreciate this and the tea and coffee facilities.
The TV did not work, a shame. The floor was not very tidy. There were hairs. Staff was not very cute with no communication.

The central location was acceptable. It was close to attractions.
The room was very cold. The radiator didn't work, and an electric heater barely helped. the bathroom window didn't close properly, letting in more cold air. also, the shower pressure was low. Washing my hair reminded me of a chore.
